1. Introduction

1.1 These Acceptable Use Terms (“Terms”) apply between you, the User of AgentCoffee’s website, CRM, and website builder (collectively, “AgentCoffee Services”), and AgentCoffee ehf., a company registered in Iceland with its address at Alfholt 56, 220 Hafnarfjordur, Iceland (“AgentCoffee,” “we,” or “us”).

4. Availability and Disclaimers

4.1 AgentCoffee Services are available in multiple languages, with English as the primary language. While we strive to support users in their native languages and make AgentCoffee available in other languages, we do not guarantee full availability or support in languages other than English.

4.2 AgentCoffee Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we will make reasonable efforts to keep the website and CRM available and protect data, we are not responsible for losses, including income loss, if the website or CRM becomes unavailable.

4.3 We allow external connections to AgentCoffee Services but cannot guarantee third-party availability. Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with third-party terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 AgentCoffee is not liable for any indirect losses, including business losses or data loss, resulting from the use of AgentCoffee Services. Our liability is limited to circumstances where such limitations are not permitted by law.
